       Why bhrama is not worshipped?


According to Hindu texts and Puranas, Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh are considered the creators, nurturers and destroyers of the universe. But this question will come to your mind many times that Vishnu and Mahesh (Shiva ji) have many temples all over the world and people worship them by setting them up at home as well. But Brahma is never worshiped. And they have only one temple, which is in Pushkar. Why is worshiping Brahmaji considered a taboo? Actually due to the curse of Goddess Savitri, worship of Brahma is considered taboo.

According to the Puranas, once Brahma ji was riding on his vehicle goose with a lotus flower in his hand and was looking for the right place for the fire sacrifice. - Then a lotus flower fell from his hand at one place. As soon as the flower fell on the earth, a waterfall formed on the earth and from that waterfall 3 ponds were formed. - The places where those three springs formed are known as Brahma Pushkar, Vishnu Pushkar and Shiva Pushkar. Seeing this, Brahma Ji decided to perform a yagna at this place.

It was necessary to have his wife with Brahma ji in the yagna. Lord Brahma's wife Savitri was not there and auspicious time was coming out. For this reason, Brahma ji married a beautiful woman present there and performed a yagna with her. - When Goddess Savitri came to know about this. Angered by this, he cursed Brahma that he who created the universe will not be worshiped anywhere in the entire creation.
